This time, we will be studying the book of Mark. Our sessions will be held on Fridays at 10:00 am from July 1st through August 5th. We will meet in Fellowship Hall.
We will share food and coffee together, and we will hopefully gain a better understanding of Mark’s perspective on the ministry of Jesus Christ.
The word Brunch sometimes conveys “women only”…but Brunch really just means food!!! It has been a blessing to have men in our past studies and I am hoping that more will join us for our study of Mark! All are welcome!
I hope you can come! No books are required except your Bible (any version). I will be using commentaries to present a study each week on the assigned chapters.
For this Friday, July 1st, please read Mark 1-3, consider bringing food to share if you’d like, and come ready to learn, laugh, and fellowship together!
Make plans to join us July 4th. Park at the church and watch the parade from our shaded, grassy lawn. Then join us for a luncheon afterward in Fellowship Hall.
Starting on June 5, and continuing through September 4th, we will meet for just one service each Sunday at 10 am. Sunday School will be on summer break and will return in September.
This May – Compassion Camp Kids’ Sunday School each Sunday at 10 am. The class is intergenerational, led by moms and grandmothers, for pre-school and school aged children. Join us in Fellowship Hall in the classroom with the red wall. We will have stories, songs, crafts, and plenty of fun and learning.
